Green Cleen’s fee structure is based upon a couple of different elements:

· The size of your home or office;

· The frequency of cleaning provided, and;

· The type of service requested.

Green Cleen provides flat rate quotes for those clients requesting a standard basket of services which includes the following*:

· In all rooms of the home

o Dusting of all surfaces including baseboards, blinds, window sills, ceiling fans, tops of doorways, and decorations;

o Cleaning and polishing of all wood table tops and glass furniture surfaces;

o All heating/cooling vents and registers are vacuumed;

o Vacuuming and edging of all floors (including hard floors as this is more effective than sweeping);

o Washing of all hard floor surfaces, and;

o Washing of walls and baseboards to remove finger prints and dirt.

· Kitchen

o Sanitizing of all counters, cabinet exteriors, and fixtures, and;

o Exterior cleaning of all appliances.

· Bathrooms

o Sanitizing of all counters, cabinet exteriors, shower and bath tub walls, fixtures, and;

o Replacing dirty towels with clean ones.

· Bedrooms

o Beds made or linens changed.

Because not every client requests a standard set of services, Green Cleen also provides an hourly rate and a hybrid of standard and hourly. These rates are designed for clients who have varying needs and request additional services. The services to be provided and their associated charges are agreed to before the project begins. These additional services include:

· Dishes

· Laundry

· Organizing

· Cleaning and organization of basements, attics, and garages

· Windows

· Other projects as requested
