In the Denver/Boulder metro area there are hundreds of cleaning service providers, many of them are excellent and provide a valuable service at a very reasonable price. So why is Green Cleen different?

· Guaranteed Dependable Service

o As an independent owner operator, my clients are assured that they work with me and only me. If there is a problem, I am able to fix it immediately, before I leave the premises. My goal is to guarantee 100% client satisfaction before I leave a project site;

o I spent four years on active duty in the United States Navy and one thing I learned was how to pass a white glove inspection. Additionally, due to the structure and rigors of military life I am dependable and arrive at a project site at the scheduled time. I recognize that your time is valuable, so I don’t waste it.

· Environmentally, Family and Pet Friendly Solutions

o I provide non-irritating; family, pet and environmentally friendly; non-toxic cleaning solutions. These products are not pre-packaged and they are not manufactured, therefore there is not a high pressure sales pitch for my clients to purchase them and these solutions save my clients money because they are inexpensive, which helps to keep my overhead costs low. Occasionally a client will request that I use traditional chemical based cleaning products, these I also provide at no extra charge;

o I use a vacuum with a hepa filter; this means that dust mites, pet dander, and other allergens are not redistributed into the air.

· No Surprise Charges

o I provide all of the cleaning supplies and equipment. Some service providers start out providing everything, but after a while, they will surprise you by requesting that you supply cleaning products or equipment;

o Regardless of where my clients live, I do not charge a trip or fuel surcharge;

o I provide exact quotes. Quotes are available as a flat rate, hourly, or as a hybrid – for those special projects that may come up. My quotes are guaranteed for one year;

o I meet with all prospective clients prior to reaching a service agreement. This allows me to understand exactly what they need and it gives me the opportunity to provide my clients with the cheapest possible rate that fully meets their needs.

· Honesty and Integrity

o I have terrific references, and I am licensed and fully insured. I am happy to provide proof of all three upon request;

o No one likes to feel as though they’ve been taken advantage of, or that they are paying for an incomplete service. I provide services based upon the basic principal of providing a high quality service, at a reasonable and fair price.

· Flexibility

o With existing clients throughout the Denver/Boulder metro area, I can afford to be flexible and am able to work with your schedule;

o I do provide weekday, weekend, and evening appointments;

o In some cases I can provide service within 24 hours, or even the same day for life’s little emergencies that seem to occur at the most inconvenient times, and;

o I provide one-time, move-in, move-out, post-construction, special occasion, annual, seasonal, monthly, bi-weekly, and weekly services. I can also provide services more than once weekly.
